alrighty! denise you should be proud of me! man oh man... 4 posts in one day! boy am i feeling ambitious today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ha ha ha these pics are from the reba and kelly concert about a month ago! this was such a damn good concert! don't worry about the cheesiness of the pic of karissa and i......THAT'S HOW WE ROLL......... so anyhow..... i really did go to this concert, i didn't lie and say that i did.................. hope you enjoy!

A VERY SAD, SAD, SAD, DAY!

On Wedensday, one of my employees put in her 2 weeks. I am very sad about this. Her name is karen. and can i just say she is AMAZING! she put in her 2 weeks because she feels like she should be at home with her teenage daughters. Which she probably should be. BUT at the sametime I NEED HER AT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so now i have to go through the dreaded interviewing process! which can i just say SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!! i really hate interviewing people. Its just so uncomfortable and it just plain sucks! I just wish i could find some way for her to stay working and not have to quit! but she can't cut her hours and still get the same pay! so i have 2 weeks to find someone...the interviewing isnt even the worst! its the 4 days of training, and the awkward silence, becauase the new girl doesn't dare to talk! ugh!!!! but i either have to hire a full time employee or 2 part time.... which i may just hire a full time so i dont' have to train 2 people and interview 2 people! Karen is such an amazing person, she has such a hard life, a very difficult husband. I can't even imagine being in her shoes and dealing with the bs that her husband puts her through! but hopefully she is making the right desicion! i assume she is. She has totally fasted and prayed. which i personally tell her to do ALL THE TIME! she needs a lot of miricales in her life! i'm so sad that i won't be working with this amazing woman anymore! I wish you good luck karen, and if you EVER want to come back don't you worry! i will get rid of whoever i hire to replace you! =)

AGAIN! i am the new proud owner of TAYLOR SWIFTS FEARLESS CD! oh my! how i love this cd! it just breaks and melts my heart all at once! so if you guys like country music or dont... i suggest you go spend 10 bucks and buy this amazing cd! i have much thanks to karissa for picking it up for me at target! so right now my 2 favorite cd's are kenny's lucky old sun and taylor's FEARLESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! seriously GO BUY IT! So I've been dating matt for 2 months. Can I just say its been the longest 2 months of my life! Ha ha! I thought he was this "amazing" guy! Oh well boy was I WRONG! I was talkin to him on my way home from work, and he asked me who I was going to vote for. I said I was just going to put down my friends name cuz I didn't really know that much about obama and McCain. And I just said I'm more liberal then anything. And he full on starts calling me a free loader and all of that! I was all are you freakin kidding me! I have a full time job and I cut hair on the side. I pay my bills, I am not a free loade! So he says that he pays for everything. I was like damn straight you do! If your gonna date me you will pay to take me out. Your the guy so that's how it will be if you don't like it find another girl to date. Then after that arguement I got a invite to a baby shower. And I told him i've been looking forward to this cuz my friend got knocked up by this douche bag, and she needs lots of stuff. And he's all where is her husband? I said she has a boyfriend and he's a douche, so she needs lots of stuff. And he goes off about well I'm surprised you haven't had lots of one night stands and haven't gotten yourself prego! I was like 1st of all I AM NOT A SLUT! I do have some morals! Jesus. He really pissed me off so needless to say I haven't seen him at all this week, and he wanted to take me to lunch on Friday. Oh I called him and told him I was working in slc. I'm pretty much done with that Loser. I did meet this really cool guy on Halloween at my house party. He was really awesome. His name is Justin. Maybe somethin will happen with him. If not WHO CARES! I have another guy that's 36 that I'm supposed to go out with one of these days. So wish me luck on this stupid thing call dating! Ha ha ha ha.

**** I MUST WARN AGAINST ANYONE READING THIS POST!IT MAY OFFEND SOME OF YOU AND THAT IS NOT MY INTENTION* SO READ AT YOUR OWN RISK**** I was very surprised at the out come of the presidential elections. I assumed McCain would win. But knew in the back of my head obama would win. I was very surprised that California and Florida voted and changed to democrate. But I feel that America does need a change. This may or may not be the change we need. I feel that we need to put all the rumors to rest about barack obama. And give him a chance! Even though I'm sure i Have the same doubts as many of you. He is our next president elect. And he deserves that. And aside from that. The whole proposition 8 in california really pisses me off. Who are we to say who can fall in love and be married? Its discriminaton and I say its bull shit. It all goes back to slavery and when women couldn't vote and all of that. Its plain discrimination and its wrong for us to choose who can and can't get married. Its not the life I would choose. But I feel its the greater power to decide whatever you believe in. I believe in a lot of what the lds church believes in. But at the sametime. I don't believe in discriminating people for who and what they are or choose to be. That's why we live in a free country. And that's pretty much all I have to say about that. Comment if you want and if you don't that's fine as well

Alright so I know I'm pretty lame for not taking pictures of the Halloween parties I went to this past weekend....but I just forgot to take them while I was dressed up! I went as a Gothic alice in wonderland! My costume was so short! And so uncomfortable! But everyone loved it! I first went to a party with Christina, dave and karissa, in north Ogden. That party was ok.... Then we left and went over to MaTt's. Well he didn't know I was dressing up. So dave called him and was like "matt! You've gotta see tania! She looks hot! All dressed up like a sexy alice in wonderland! I was all oh jeez. No I don't! I showed up to matt's, and he didn't even say one thing hardly! From across the room he was like she looks HOT! But didn't talk to me hardly at all the first hour I was there. So Shawn this guy I barely met that night. Was freakin stuck to my hip! He kept askin me to take shots and all that finally I had like 3 shots of jager and was like I gotta drive home! I'm not drinkin anymore! So I didn't... Well to ske a long story short the reason matt wasn't talking to me is. Because he thought Shawn and I were together! I was like um no!!!!! I wouldn't bring another guy to your house!!! I'm not like that! Ha ha ha so now I tease him and is like yeah...so my other boyfriend is takin me out tomorrow so I'll can't with you.. Or I'm going to wendover on the 8th. I'd invite you...but my 2nd boyfriend is going! He knows I'm teasing. He's the one that thought that! Ha ha ha it cracked me up. But when I go out Friday I'll take pics! It should be fun.
